Re: Minnesota Crunchers

Instead of one organization not doing there job, we now have 3. I like the idea of that town in Arizona having US citizens standing armed guard at the border. Get better results. Thanks for the update.

To be fair, it's not just border patrols and checkpoints, it's customs at all international airports here as well as other things... Anyway, isn't protecting the border one of the few things the federal government is SUPPOSED to do? (Not saying they're doing it WELL at the moment, that's another issue...)

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

These guys, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), were everywhere down and around Brownsville. Personally I still think the military should be pulled from bases around the world and put on the Mexican border. It's a war zone and the Mexican government is not doing a thing to stop the cartels.

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

That was brought up a few times. Unfortunately, there are those who want the borders to open. Join canade, USA, and Mexico to create north American union. Am hoping those who want this have a lightning bolt hit them in the forehead real soon.

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

What a start to May. 26F (-3.33C) this morning with a touch of snow having fallen overnight and windy. Looks and feels like November again. I saw they blizzard warnings out for parts of North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota yesterday due to stiff winds and blowing snow. And I saw those in south Texas were already over 100F (38 C). Terrible tornados all over the the southern tier. Strange weather indeed.

Cheers

There is no room to breath, if I try then somebody will vomit to my mouth...

Darn crying

"axis" is singular
"axes" is plural

In the south metro area, our high temperature for yesterday was 41F. This set or tied the record for the lowest high temperature on that date.
