Re: UK

The drop-off in the pace of advance of the UK team that I noted last week has been reversed, with a consequent improvement in the number of days before we move up in the rankings: Last wk in silver
Runtime #92 IBM Taiwan 1 day Poland 6 days
Runtime #92 IBM Taiwan 8 days Poland 15 days
Points #87 HKU 5 days IBM Web Innovators & Friends 13 days
Points #87 HKU 14 days IBM Web Innovators & Friends 23 days
Results #81 BitBenderTech 21 days Michigan Tech 25 days
Results #81 BitBenderTech 29 days Michigan Tech 32 days

Threats continue to recede with the closest being 135 days away!

Re: UK

Thanks - most gracious. It helps that all my machines are running unencumbered by me doing anything such as actually using them for the last few days ;-)

Nice to see that I've joined a rising team too !

Re: UK

As expected the UK team has advanced to #91 in the RunTime rankings passing IBM Taiwan.

Poland #90 5 days and Austin Grid Team #88 25 days are next in line. Gillboskolorna #89 although estimated at 51 days will be a tougher nut to crack! We have, though, closed the gap from 23yrs 79days in early June to 9yrs 216days currently. smile

Re: UK

Due to being one of the few people still crunching through CfSW yesterday, my stats look a little on the weak side as most of my results are pending verification from a Wingman. Seems that things are picking up now as I've done more in the first half of today than I did for the whole of yesterday:

08/28/2012 0:004:12:51:39 13,837 111
08/27/2012 0:003:00:04:55 8,989 71

Might end up being a record day for me today?
As predicted, yesterday was my best day in all stats since I resumed crunching:

08/28/2012 0:008:23:34:50 27,130 218

On a similar note - CfSW is now my top project in terms of results returned. I've done more in 123 CPU days for CfSW than I did in nearly 5 CPU years for HPF1:

Computing for Sustainable Water 369,314 2,979 0:123:06:40:43
Human Proteome Folding 940,457 2,978 4:272:19:15:36

GO TEAM UK!!

Re: UK

@ gordoma Looking good! biggrin
I'm a little behind you on CfSW: 0:109:19:47:56 289,073 1,495
Though with 57hrs P/Valid and 11hrs P/Verif. sad Looking good for Ruby though and I've decided to try and advance HCMD2 to Gold in the short time left on that project. worried (It's currently my last remaining Silver).

Your point re the disimilarity between HPF1 and CfSW is well made and highlights the inflation that has occurred in the newer projects. (More in the next post).

gordoma makes the point that it has taken 4.7 yrs RT on HPF1 to achieve the same Points as 123 days RT on CfSW. This inflation is common across all the newer projects:

biggrin Re: UK

biggrin Thanks jonnieb-uk. Received my e-mail alert this morning. Now if could get 'Beattie' and her Home Hub to stop doing her Tower Bridge impessions, then that would be good.
