I have five betas in progress. Four on a quad tower and one on my laptop. The message log shows the following for the laptop.

I got the same download msgs that you did with my 1st WU but no msgs with the other 3 WU's. Same thing happened on my other machine. I figured the msgs were for setup type files since this is a new project.

These files are the application files for this beta test, this is normal.
You should be able to find them too in the message log of your quad if you look for them.

These files are the application files for this beta test, this is normal.
You should be able to find them too in the message log of your quad if you look for them.


I suspect dkt is trying to assist with the project.

Does "water-filled-filtered" mean anything?

Jean, thanks for the information about the messages in the log. I got two additional WUs for my other quad. I will check the results tomorrow morning. No surprises yet.

AMD quad just finished its first batch, but I'm getting

I found my laptop to be at fault, returning 4 errors on these Beta's :-(

All my quad cores are churning through them though which is good.

Can you confirm that the science software under the hood is LAMMPS (Large-scale Atomic/Molecular Massively Parallel Simulator)?

I reported 7 WUs till now. They all took 4.13h - 4.18h and use ~85MB RAM per WU on my C2Q (Vista 32Bit SP3). Everything fine.
