Re: Minnesota Crunchers

+1

Hope you are all well, and please keep the distance!

SWIM (Someone Who Isn't Me) most probably got this and can say that can be some very crappy time on life..

SWIM cannot be sure about diagnose, since civilization were SWIM living, did run out of capability to run test even on most critical layers (doctors, nurses).

One night SWIM did wake up on feeling that you can model if sleeping on very tiny bedroom without any air ventilation.
Since SWIM did occupied some high tech condo, SWIM did set air flow to "town meeting", SWIM did still have this sleeping in plastic bag feeling.
SWIM did end up sleeping next to open balcony door, some artic wind did blow with magnitude that blanket covering SWIM was risk to fly away, even it was these very fashionable weighted blanket (some 15 bounder)..
Still SWIM did feel like sleeping inside of plastic bag...

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

It is good to hear from you. Getting that Covid-19 sounds miserable. You echo what others have said about it. It appears "SWIM" has lived through the ordeal and is on the mend. So far, my family and myself are yet well. Since the Governor has instituted "Shelter in place" for the next couple of weeks, that is what we are doing. We are only supposed to make necessary trips for such as prescriptions, groceries, and gas. I anticipate none of us will be going anywhere for any of those for at least a week if not longer. All of my children are now working from their homes, so they also need not go out except as previously noted.
Spring is slowly getting here, the snow is almost gone with a bit left yet on the north side of the buildings and in the windbreak. With the warmer weather, the chickens are laying well.
I received a notice that higher speed internet was now available so I opted to upgrade. I used to have 7mbs service and I now have 40mbs service. It will be costing me $65 per month now. I did not really have any bottlenecks before as I am not downloading movies or much of anything else, but just in case I do, I now have the bandwidth. The 7mbs service handled my 90+ threads without a problem.
Cheers
