I didn't see this on the first post but under device management it's not producing a list of my computers. Set it to last 90 days for results which I know they have. Can't assign them to specific profiles without this. That is likely part of the same basic problem, beside keeping track of the individual WUs from being send out, returned, validated (or not) and then being purged after a couple of days, there is not a single user/device/project based statistic being retained (at least not visible, though I doubt it would be kept "in the shadows"). So all those stats since the first test WUs are likely to be lost. And I really would like to be proven wrong on this one... Ralf |

I don't see this issue mentioned anywhere else - I can't download the WCG/BOINC app on Android. Yes, I noticed that too when I tried to download this a couple of weeks ago on my new 5G phone, but this is more of a general BOINC problem rather than a WCG problem...- If you log in, go to Downloads, and pick Android and click next, it takes you to a Google Play page with an "app not found" message - If you search the Google Play store directly, there's no BOINC or WCG app listed Ralf |

Not to mention those nausea inducing "progress bars" on the result page. Didn't you read the Help pages on this topic? Fair enough, my mistake, I thought you were referring to the progress bars of WCG projects. Now, flashing progress bars on the results page? I didn't know what you meant, so I visited the results page and indeed, there are bars that are moving from side to side while your results are being retrieved. Is that what you meant? Maybe you're the only one seriously complaining about it? |

If you change it to results from anytime it provides the list. However, it's not showing any results newer than 2019 for me, which is false bu explains why it wasn't working with the more recent time filters.

Ralf Looks like it's available directly from the BOINC website as an APK: https://boinc.berkeley.edu/download_all.php?platform=android |

I didn't see this on the first post but under device management it's not producing a list of my computers. Set it to last 90 days for results which I know they have. Can't assign them to specific profiles without this. Set it to show all devices via selecting “installed anytime”. Then your devices will appear and you can change profiles. From your badges, you have done work before the Krembil transition. For devices that started after the transition, we might be out of luck. |

Device profile for your new device may be possible to access:
1. Get host id of your BOINC client in a file, either in client_state.xml or sched_request_www.worldcommunitygrid.org.xml. - Windows default location is in C:\ProgramData\BOINC - Linux command: grep /var/lib/boinc/sched_request_www.worldcommunitygrid.org.xml -e hostid 2. At the end of this link, add in the host id number. https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/device/...onfiguration.do?deviceId= This works for old devices. I haven't yet added any recent computers to know if this works for new devices. |

Hi sam6861, this issue has already been addressed, see this post in this same thread.
Unfortunately, although your solution is the same as mine, at this moment it still doesn't work, the error message is still the same. |

Before, within the individual homepages for each user, there was one showing the personal task history per day, i.e. number of tasks processed plus credit points earned.
So far, I have not found this here. Either I look up the wrong places, or this does not exist (yet). Can anyone please give me a hint? |
