There is only new tasks for ARP.

Those OPN1 tasks are _2 so likely re-sends.

I'm getting MCMs all the time and a smaller number of OPNs.
----------------------------------------And I've noticed that the downloading has improved 100% too.

An auto immune study would be a laudable endeaver.
