Hey Cyclops, I got some work, but getting transient upload errors and a server disk space full error. I got one task with a couple of retries to upload ok, but second one hit disk space.
You might want to start a separate topic for all these kinds of issues so we don't flood your news section here. |

Got 8 WU for OPN1. (linux x86_64 kernel 5.4.0-11-generic) And this notification : "World Community Grid: Notice from BOINC This project is using an old URL. When convenient, remove the project, then add https://master.worldcommunitygrid.org/" I have the same notice. I did as instructed and promptly got the same notice all over again, but no work units. Something is not right. Same here. When I look at the project properties, it still shows the old URL. Of course it does. Plug in https://master.worldcommunitygrid.org/ to your browser, and you will end up at. https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ In how many threads and posts do we have to say to people to ignore that message from BOINC? It's hundreds of posts by now  If it's that easy for a computer program to make people do stuff that they do not fully understand, then it's no wonder that so many get scammed on the Internet all the time. (BTW, I have a bridge to sell, and also the Eiffel Tower)Edit: I give up on the attempts to get people to ignore that message.  They both resolve to the same IP address. Regardless of which one you use they go to the same place. Probably a load balancer. |

Glad to see a WU blip on Bionic Stats, nothing on the WCG device status, so there appear to be some statistic logging/tracking/reporting issues still

WCG results showed up, but didn't seem to be live results as before.
----------------------------------------Device stats that received WUs were highly skewed for position, but that is likely due to whatever criteria was used to selectively target WUs to specific devices.... These types of experiments usually were targeted to the Beta streams until they were handed over to the actual projects, but hey, its signs of life! |

Anyone know how to change the project URL outside of the way that shows up in notices? You remove the project reattach with the changed URL and keep on going, in theory.
But if I do this, each time I shut down BOINC the URL goes back to the old default. |
