Re: WCG and Pandemic-Related Projects

Any ETA on when this will launch? I'd heard mention of it going into Alpha a few weeks ago, so was hoping the Beta would be rolling out soon.

SARS-CoV-2 is a highly communicable virus that leads to COVID-19, which can cause severe respiratory problems, even death.

I realize that most laypeople and media outlets only know about the Coronavirus Disease 2019 ("COVID-19"), but we might as well set the record straight in the project graphics since it sounds like nails on a chalkboard as it's currently written. It makes it seem like Scripps doesn't know what they're doing, which is the opposite of reality.

Re: WCG and Pandemic-Related Projects

@WCG Techs:
WCG Techs moved the forum threads on COVID-19/OpenPandemics that were intitially here in the Suggestions/Feedback forum to their own new forum OpenPandemics - COVID-19 Project in the Global Announcements section a few days ago (possibly at my suggestion).
However, the new forum is read-only, with no Reply buttons.
Was this an oversight, or a measure to pause noisy posts from us mug crunchers until the project is further advanced?
---
BTW, I have a question re mooted upgrades to AutoDock, which is the docking program to be used initially for COVID-19. I was unable to post it in the OpenPandemics forum, so I posted it here in the FAAH Phase 2 forum where the upgrade was announced.
