Thanks for the update and keep it up. This type of info blurb is very good and keeps everybody in sync. My 4 cores are working continually on FAAH2 since Nov last year, so hopefully it helps a little to keep this project going forward.

I am curious to know whether or not you have any indication how long it will take to finish off the current work before work can be analysed?

Thank you very much for contributing to the fightAIDS@home Phase 2.
Experiments 001319-001769 and Experiments 001770-002220 target the large-scale benchmark test of the asynchronous replica exchange protocols using the dateset from the SAMPL4 challenge for predicting binding free energies of HIV intergrase. Originally we expected that each replica reaches the cumulated 2.5M MD steps. Now we reset to 1.5M MD steps and will do the first complete analysis after all replicas have 0.5M steps. We are going to analyze Experiments 001770-002220 in a month and in a few months for Experiments 001319-001769. We hope that the results from the tremendous WCG computing resources outperform the original results from HPC clusters. Thanks. JC |

Thanks ever so much jcxia for popping by and posting - this is very much appreciated.
----------------------------------------I understand you and your colleagues are very busy, although if you do have a few moments spare (perhaps a few minutes where it may be beneficial to 'step back and see the wider picture' in order to allow you to refocus), then please feel free to pop by again. It doesn't need to be any major update - just the interaction with 'proper sicentists', allows us to 'feel part of the fight' against AIDS (and of course, all the other very worthy projects that are currently, have and will in the future, run on WCG). |

gb009761, how did you get your signature to show your statistics like that? Is there a specific script that does that? Seems very interesting how it is done.
