- yes, the motherboard issues were my fault, rcc
It's so "hyggeligt" to visit here. You all sit there humming along - understanding each other with few words. Hi, nano, nice to see you back here again I brought some coffee, and I'll place it quietly on the table - and tiptoe out as well as best I can with my tail and close the door softly ... Bella Notte |

Thanks for the coffee. It's always a great way to wake up in the morning!

Pass the flaeskesteg.
----------------------------------------Human error occurs at HP, Dell, Gateway, Lenovo, etc... what sets them apart is their quality control. Or lack thereof. Manufacturing is getting very good at improving quality. Tech support on the other hand is an area that could use some quality. Dell - it took 7 telephone calls to purchase an optional mounting bracket for a 2nd hard drive. Tech support didn't know what I was talking about even when given the manufacturers part number. Then when I found someone that understood what I wanted they sent the wrong part. It was probably a language problem, I never was good at English. My point is that human error is abundant and stuff happens.

The flaeskesteg?
----------------------------------------- my pleasure Flæskesteg as it should be served :-) - the gravy, red cabbage, white potatoes, gherkins, pickled beet roots and chips (recent addition) are on the side - add roast duck and you have our Christmas dinner - served on the evening on December 24th - because the Danes are ahead of many of these things - as they have a hard time waiting ![]() EDIT: picled --> pickled - the duck is stuffed with prunes that is arranged alongside it upon serving - and the dessert - remind me later, please ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Nov 27, 2011 5:59:05 PM] |

It would be hyggeligt to have some flaeskesteg for a change.
I'm already tired of turkey. Congrats to RCC on the new PC. With winter coming, it will be hyggeligt to have another source of heat. |

You have caught on pretty well to "hyggeligt", grumpygrampy - do you build on any insider information, by any chance |

Huh?
----------------------------------------Did someone say something? I can't hear over the fan noise. It seems some genius bought a 4-pin mobo and a case with 3-pin fans so the fan speed can't be changed, one speed, wide open. Sounds like a data processing center. On the other hand, the LED fans make for good night lights. This same genius forgot to change the power/performance settings and the PC went to sleep in the middle of the night. Surely, I wouldn't make such silly mistakes.
