PS. If I aint around much dont panic, am having a few "Puter" problems, waiting for nephew to visit to sort it out! Its said by my IT "expert" that most 'puter troubles come from this side of the key board . My wrist is quite sore from where he keeps slapping it ![]() |

----------------------------------------Question; for Petrol Heads here , Or any one that can remember 50+ years ago. Doesn't matter that you cant remember where your keys /glasses are Or where you left the Car. We're thinking about "Old cars" Maybe one that great uncle Algernon drove or that you saw parked belonging to the bank manager ![]() Its the Sort of Motor That Mr Toad Might Have Driven Sans passengers of course So please help, if you have any clues as to what it is early 1900's dont think its black so might be a green or red its a sporty little flyer with twin Horns and a dickey In a corn field in August cause of the stooks of corn waiting for collection to take to the threshing yard. Its I think south of the river? kent /surrey /sussex borders ?? No prizes I'm afraid but it would be nice to know ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by densnaps at Jul 10, 2011 7:24:44 AM] |

Good Morning!
----------------------------------------Weather is nice, throat rusty, nose and eyes runny, head thumping .... Don den, you give your teammates a hard nut to crack. There are hundreds of British car makers, and the 1920-1930 models don't stray all that much from each other. It should be easier to identify the red post war one sitting at the promenade <<<^^^^>>>> - well, it sat somewhere - last night. EDIT: Should have gone home to Base Camp first where all the answers are. Sunbeam Talbot. Would never have guessed it, and I did flip through a lot of car pages on the internet last night ....
