We are working on the problem and will be testing a fix in beta soon. A couple of questions. Are HCC workunits freezing as well? Is there one application that this seems to occur more with? Thanks, armstrdj Are PPC mac's not allowed to get HCC work units? Someone needs up update the minimum requirements page since it does not say. |

Hello brinktastee,
Are PPC mac's not allowed to get HCC work units? As far as I know, there are bugs being fixed in both Linux and Mac HCC. Lawrence |

Since the Leopard-Tiger issue, WCG created additional Homogeneous Redundancy Classes. Please read this thread with post by knreed:

Two more stalls with FAAH in the past 24 hours. I am just going to have to suspend work on FAAH. As much as I would like to continue to do work on it, but it just seems to be problematic on my Mac. Seems to run fine on my Windows machine at work, but problematic on the Mac.

I had 2 work units stop today. Both at the same time.
They were both DDDT on a dual PPC running OSX 10.5.1, boinc v.5.10.32. So I would have to say they have not fixed it yet. ![]() ![]() |

I have had a couple of stalls in the last few days with DDDT as well. I have also seen "Computation Error" show up in the status of DDDT work units after a restart of Boinc.
