Re: Murphy's laws and corollaries

Gallois' Revelation:
If you put tomfoolery into a computer, nothing comes out
but tomfoolery. But this tomfoolery, having passed through a
very expensive machine, is somehow enobled, and no one dares

Second Law of Business Meetings

If there are two possible ways to spell a person's name, you will pick the wrong one.

Corollary

If there is only one way to spell a name, you will spell it wrong, anyway.

The bigger the house, the bigger the box room. The bigger the box room the less valuable are its contents.

No matter how much you search before starting the dishwasher, another plate will turn up after you have switched on.

Re: Murphy's laws and corollaries

You go to the match
The stadium is full to capacity - uncomfortably.
The action is dull and lifeless but, just in case something does happen, you stick it out until the last minute.
It is wet, cold and lonely outside but there is no queue for the bus, which arrives in good time - in good time for you to hear a rousing cheer emanating from the stadium.
