Am observing something weird. Looking at my AMD software performance and after I suspend crunching, my GPU is still at full throttle, but everything else seems to drop. Just updated it today and still doing it. Anyone else see this? I’m not Thanks mbotmiller. I like how you made adjustments for the integrated (Intel) GPU. I used your file and now the intel gpu has just one task. I like it! Me too! Thanks to everyone for your questions and answers during this GPU test, this thread has been an efficient way to help me to tweak my systems to where I believe they are running at max GPU output. Just learned that 8 GPU tasks, 1 cpu each, on my Ryzen 3950x/Nvidia P620 setup causes errors, so dialed it back to 6 and that’s running clean so far.

Just updated it today and still doing it. Anyone else see this? Haven't noticed that behavior on my machine with dual AMD GPU's. Sometimes work units will hang if trying to run too many or do other work on the GPU though. The software/drivers can be a bit finicky from time to time. I see we made it to the top50 (we are #49) now. Nice work everyone! Good work guys we are still going strong. |
