----------------------------------------However, Windows is [as far as I know] still their largest user base so I'd be very surprised if they let the Linux version go live first unless they have severe problems getting a Windows version ready for and/or through Beta testing. Windows still has the by far largest user base on WCG Windows: 74,43% Linux: 14,53% Other: 11,04% [Edit 1 times, last edit by Grumpy Swede at Apr 11, 2025 11:52:48 AM] |

Windows: 74,43% Thanks for the numbers, Grumpy Swede!Linux: 14,53% Other: 11,04% A further 100% increase in active Linux users wouldn't make much of a dent in the [understandable] Windows dominance -- ah, well, "Other" users are possibly even further down the pecking order... :-) Cheers - Al. |

I have received some Windows Beta WUs this afternoon. And, deltavee, the important question now is: if you go to your Results page and select the Beta Testing project, do your BETA-tasks appear or Adri (being very nosy )[Edit 1 times, last edit by adriverhoef at Apr 18, 2025 12:10:38 AM] |

if you go to your Results page and select the Beta Testing project, do your BETA-tasks appear or Empty list. They only show when "All projects" is selected. |

if you go to your Results page and select the Beta Testing project, do your BETA-tasks appear or Empty list. They only show when "All projects" is selected. Same here. I show 6 Betas for MAM all still in pending validation. They are fast, all finishing in under 1/2 hour on a machine which normally finishes MCM units in about 3.5 hours. They were all on Linux. Cheers

I also show 6 Betas for MAM when ALL projects are selected. came in about 20:11 UTC on the 17th and still pending validation.
----------------------------------------ETA: these were all for Windows 11 Professional x64 Edition. Nothing more since then. looking forward to more work as it becomes available. [Edit 2 times, last edit by bfmorse at Apr 18, 2025 2:43:17 PM] |
