Hello, I'm new. :) So your "valid" results show up in the "Results" page but not in the "Overview" page? Just found this thread as I face the same problem - I got some valid results already, but the Overview page says I didn't do anything so far, and there are no devices I could add under "Device Management". I'm crunching for 2 days now, so I must have missed whatever have happened 2 days ago and made @adriverhoef so happy. :) One machine is x86 Manjaro, another is my ARM Ubuntu server. I don't know how to check their numbers, but I'll be happy to assist and provide more information on request. I don't mind direct contact either, it's my member ID at tlen.pl.. How long between you saw them as validated on the "Results" page and you checking on the "Overview" page? As stats run only twice a day, it could simply be a case of not getting processed by the last stats run... Ralf |

Everything else looks like I haven't done anything. No devices, nothing in Overview, no History.. Some jobs have been validated more than 36h ago, and I observed the "Last updated" info on the Overview page, that's not it. What I experience fits very well the descriptions given by the others in this thread. It seems like this problem concerns mostly Linux users (or perhaps most contributors simply use Linux?). I installed boinc 7.20.2 on my x86 PC, 7.16.6 on aarch64 machine. |

One machine is x86 Manjaro, another is my ARM Ubuntu server. I don't know how to check their numbers Hi there!Since I've had that same problem, I knew I had that written down somewhere. The information below is from my Linux program wcgstats: # To find the numerical ID of all your (recent) devices, use option -Z of this program. # To generate programmingcode to insert into this program below this point, use option -ZZZ. # However, this doesn't always work: if the server doesn't return a record for your device, that device will be missing from the output. # In that case, there is another solution: # you can find the DEVICE_ID in the file "sched_request_www.worldcommunitygrid.org.xml" # in the BOINC-directory ~boinc on the designated device by inspecting the contents of the element <hostid> in that file. Hopefully you may find this useful. |

OK, was just checking for the possibility of the most simple case
----------------------------------------It seems like this problem concerns mostly Linux users (or perhaps most contributors simply use Linux?). I doubt that "most contributors" use Linux, I guess that this is maybe the second most common platform.I installed boinc 7.20.2 on my x86 PC, 7.16.6 on aarch64 machine. I personally have right now only 2 Linux based machines (1x x86 Linux Mint 19.3 and 1x RPi4+) but about 2 dozen Windows machines, ranging from Windows 7/Windows Server 2003 to Windows 11. Though I installed only 3 machines from scratch in the time the system was down (2 servers in February, though that could have been just a couple of days before the shutdown, but certainly one Windows 10 host with a NVidia GPU in June, which was around the time the first WUs were distributed again). Don't have seen any problems on that end, they showed up in the "Results" page before any stats were processed again starting 9/26, but I doubt that missed a beat in regards to it's validated WUs being counted as that is my 2nd best GPU cruncher... Since I've had that same problem, I knew I had that written down somewhere. Thanks @adriverhoef, just what .. may be helpful, I guess? ARM Linux box: 8682112 x86 Linux box: 8682115 @TPCBF, I checked for both of us and Linux hosts make up about 23% of clients in WCG. This further strengthens the suspicion that Linux boinc client may be problematic for any reason. Well doesn't matter, in the meantime I read somewhere the problem has already been found, just not dealt with. |

@TPCBF, I checked for both of us and Linux hosts make up about 23% of clients in WCG. Well, yeah, could be with another 75% Windows and 2% macOS...;-)(oops, forgot Android, got currently one of those still running on my Samsung tablet ) Ralf |

Similar/same problem here.
Joined end Nov using an existing BIONIC account. I see results on the results page but the "Contributions" page is totally blank. Win 10 22H2, up to date, BIONIC up to date. Richard |

Is there a 'simple' explanation why Windows 11 devices not are shown on the devices result page on internet?

Is there a 'simple' explanation why Windows 11 devices not are shown on the devices result page on internet? The simplest explanation could be those were added the most recently, after the problem has appeared. Well, it's been almost a week, still nothing. And some of my oldest results are already disappearing from the list, hopefully they will still count when the problem's resolved. |

Hi Cubes, I added a device a week ago, it is not listed in my devices. The task is runs is showing in "results", so it is correctly set up to my account and is running.
----------------------------------------Can you have someone to look at it? The device id is 8681618 Thanks! |
