Re: Missing Devices in My Contribution

I have the same problem, I added an Android device more than a week ago, its contribution is showing up in BoincStats page and on the device itself is showing 5,500 points, but not showing on the WCG devices page. sad

I am wondering if reinstalling the software might fix things.

Not sure if it is because I posted this today and sent an email to tech support this morning, or I simply didn't wait long enough (a week) but the device is now showing correctly on the WCG devices page. I am a happy cruncher once again! smile
