Q: Is the Support Email system broken again?

I sent a note regarding Missing Devices 5-6 days ago and in times past it used to generate an auto-reply with Ticket #. I've not seen that to date, so wasn't sure.

i am also missing a device hostid 8710989 and i've sent emails on 6/11, 16 and again today. can you help?

Well, it's not that there aren't any "manual" replies either. It rather seems to be just another black hole of communication... sad
