Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I also don't have any devices showing on my contribution dashboard to the world community grid - and also no progress being shown on the dashboard - and was told someone here 'tech' would be able to add it/ associate it with my account. I think my host ID is 8714861. Hi bazzi_compute, I'm sorry to hear that your missing device has not been added yet. Thanks for including your host ID. I have forwarded this message to a member of the tech team who will add the device manually to your account at their earliest opportunity. Please don't hesitate to reach out if the device is still missing in a week. |

How do I find all my device IDs?
I have crunched WCG for years and have a mix of computers that were attached in the IBM days and some more recent arrivals in the current ownership. I notice that there are no machines displayed under My Devices. Why? But if I drill into anther section of my account I can see some older machines (IBM ownership era) but these devices are not listed under My Devices. So your website internally contradicts itself. Please fix this mess. |

Hi vaughan-AMD,
Under My contribution > Devices, at the top right of your listed devices, there is an option to download an Excel file of your devices. This file should list all your devices along with the device IDs. If your devices are missing from your dashboard, I will forward this message to a member of our tech team, who will add them at their earliest convenience. |

Hi Cyclops, The missing stats still aren't showing on my page if you could look into this, please :) All new stats have been showing correctly since the new devices were added - just the stats from before they were showing that are still off. This is currently meaning the difference between bronze & silver for ARP for me as I completed enough before the device error was fixed that it would tip me over to silver now! I know badges aren't the be all and end all, but they're a nice was to track contributions! I appreciate any further support you can give on this, particularly as it has been ongoing for so long. This is currently meaning the difference between bronze & silver for ARP for me as I completed enough before the device error was fixed that it would tip me over to silver now! Hi TigerLily, what's the progress (and timeline) for getting this issue resolved, 'once and for all'?, as then, you're not being hassled/having to hassle the 'backroom techies', and also, once it's resolved, focus can be put into getting the missing stats issue resolved, 'once and for all'.

TigerLily, My machines crashed because of power loss. It was several days before they could be powered up. Thus the MCM tasks all went past deadline. I am no longer receiving MCM tasks. I get SCC and CP tasks. Did I get blacklisted somehow for MCM tasks? Can you reset the flag for my devices? Thank-you in advance.
