Hi Cyclops, My device, ELITEDESK800G3(device id 8706827), does not appear in the device list. At least, this device should have completed installation and started calculation by May 11 (Japan time). I know you are busy, but I hope this issue is resolved soon. I just confirmed that the device specified in the post above has been added to the list! Thanks to the WCG technical team and all the staff! I hope other volunteers with similar issues will be resolved soon. |

Hi Cyclops, The missing stats still aren't showing on my page if you could look into this, please :) All new stats have been showing correctly since the new devices were added - just the stats from before they were showing that are still off. I remember my old results taking a while to appear when my device was added so it might still be an issue we need to look into. Thank you for adding my missing device to my profile. I see it now in Devices. So a good first step.
However, for this device, Devices page says 320 Results returned (correct) but also says Last result is No results. And Overview page has not updated to show these 320 returned results. So something else is still not yet connected. Thank you for your efforts. |

At last, my recent results are updating correctly. Missing are the 10 days prior to my device being added to my profile, but as of today the latest 5 days from when my device was added showed up and are correctly reflected. Hopefully the missing results will eventually show up but otherwise happily crunching WCG again.
