Hello everyone, sorry for the late reply. All missing device requests have been sent to a member of the tech team who will add them manually to your profiles at their earliest opportunity. We are continually working on older reports from this thread and our support email, so it might take a while for results to appear. No requests have been forgotten, as we are documenting all reports so every case is solved. Thank you for your patience.

I emailed close to a week ago now, about adding another host to my profile, but nothing has showed up and I'm not sure if it just fell between the cracks.

Either way, if you could add host-id 8707971 to my profile, that's be great! :)

Hi!

My device with ID '8708430' is not showing up in my device manager (it's complete empty), contributions are counted though...

I am not sure if I did something wrong in installation of boinc client and/or adding WCG to the project list. Would be nice, if s/o could check and solve that issue.

Hi Headcrash, if you sent a support email you should have received a response from a WCG communications team member. If not, please let us know so we can check if the system is acting up again. As for your missing device, it has not been forgotten, but it might take a while as we have so many missing devices requests already. Thanks for your patience.

I did not receive a response to my support email, and I didn't get one the previous time around either, but that time the devices I requested to be added just magically appeared in my profile. So maaaaybe the system is a little grumpy, and not so keen on sending out responses? Good to know it's in the works though. I bet you have heaps of stuff to deal with, so no worries. I just want to make sure it's not being forgotten about. At least all the 40 cores in that machine are getting plenty of work at the moment, which is good. It's more me being a numbers and stats geek, lol.
