Hi Cyclops, The missing stats still aren't showing on my page if you could look into this, please :) All new stats have been showing correctly since the new devices were added - just the stats from before they were showing that are still off. I remember my old results taking a while to appear when my device was added so it might still be an issue we need to look into. Hello everyone! I joind the WCG coming from other BOINC Projects just recently. I also have the issue that my devices are not linked. Device IDs are: 8706347 8706367 8706368 If someone can support, i would appreciate. Thanks! I still have 3 new devices that are not associated with my profile. 8705099 8705219 8705228 Please add them. Should I try to disconnect and reconnect to the project so I generate a new computer ID? The problem is totally at Krembil’s end. If you change your computer name you get the same problem all over again. I would recommend that you wait until Cyclops sees your comment and replies - the tech team will, when it’s your turn, “fix things” so your computer is visible in the DEVICES listing. Depending on their workload, it will probably take several days. Be content that ALL THE WORK YOUR COMPUTERS HAVE DONE DOES COUNT and is being forwarded within the project. Even though it may not look like it is! Happy Crunching! |

My device, ELITEDESK800G3(device id 8706827), does not appear in the device list. At least, this device should have completed installation and started calculation by May 11 (Japan time). I know you are busy, but I hope this issue is resolved soon. |
