Hello everyone! I joind the WCG coming from other BOINC Projects just recently. I also have the issue that my devices are not linked. Device IDs are: 8706347 8706367 8706368 If someone can support, i would appreciate. Thanks! I still have 3 new devices that are not associated with my profile. 8705099 8705219 8705228 Please add them. Hi PaddyIsAsPaddyDoes and mwroggenbuck, I forwarded your messages to a member of the tech team who should be able to manually add your devices if they do not appear on your profile soon. I remember my old results taking a while to appear when my device was added so it might still be an issue we need to look into. |

I have a similar issue with a newly registered device, which I flagged up a while ago and again by email to WCG Team (in line with WCG Team advice of 13 Jan found on another page of this forum). User name: ajggv Device name: Corei7 Host ID: 8705033 Tech team hopefully sees that insisting on "contribution stats" being timely and reliably up to scratch is not frivolous or self-congratulatory posturing. Taking part in these project is exciting but it does cost money. As a volunteer I need to see that what I contribute to various projects through a noticeably higher domestic electricity bill does not evaporate into a black hole, and that my results do find their way into the system. Results stats are important, they provide that assurance, and the corresponding satisfaction. Hopefully Team finds a way to fix this soon. Thanks all for your work and your efforts. André |
