I'll reminded them that the devices you sent us from the end of April haven't been added to your profile yet. Don't you think it is about time to have a proper, general fix for that problem after trying to use this crutch for the last +6 months?  Ralf |

Hi,
I have a few devices working on my account but none of them shows in "My contribution". All is "0" except the "Results" page - there are 562 items listed. What am I doing wrong? |

Hi DNF-SaS, this is an issue a lot of users have reported having, it is not an issue on your end. Regardless of whether you can see it in your Overview page, all of your contributions have been properly credited to your account and the work completed has been sent to their respective projects. |

Ralf +2,000% Ralf This is the 4th time for me within just a few short months. I'm aborting all tasks & turning WCG OFF on the ones affected until I see something (ANYTHING!) appear on the Devices List -- two freaking months of waiting for a member of Tech Team to resolve (2) little laptops that someone GIFTED me in the hopes of helping Fellow Man is NOT REASONABLE! They are waiting to hear how their Gift has helped. I've been completely embarrassed to say they have to wait. I worked in I/S for over 40-years and we'd had a Pink Slip handed to us for such Poor Customer Service. Please fix this! If you need assistance writing the script to fix this, please reach out -- many of us are more than capable. [Yes, I'm angry] |

I have added another computer to my "farm" - ID 8705912. If you wish to use this one to test the scan feature to "add devices to users" function, that is OK. Just let me know your decision. Thanks. Any feedback on the email issues? Thanks, bfmorse |
