Hi these devices are still missing Cyclops have posted several times, that their mail system is down, or at least that it doesn't work as it should, and that they are working on it. So far, it doesn't look as if they have managed to fix their mail system.several mail sent since 05 april Hi, some of my devices are missing. I'm not sure if this fits into the "Missing Device" category or not. In short, after the replatform and subsequent outage I only used a number of core machines for processing. After the system had stabilised however I turned back on one of my other existing devices for processing. This *WAS* successfully processing and returning results which was being successfully reported. *HOWEVER* on checking today it is still apparently returning results according to the internal logs however My Devices last reports a result from 25th April...... The hostid is 4198107 ("experimental-ii"). If this could be followed up, it would be much appreciated. |

Ultimately all devices are associated but this one with a old removed computer name instead of the real computer name. I'm not sure what could cause a device to go from displaying results to not displaying results so I asked another team member if they could figure out the cause. I will reply if they are able to find a solution. |

Hi Cyclops,
this is still outstanding after your reply 10 days ago (and multiple weeks since my email to tech team): device still missing while churning out results, and results still not accounted for. It would be helpful if the tech team would now publish a note on why this is happening to multiple volunteers, what is being done to fix the issue, and the timeline to a stable solution being in place. I have been contributing since 2020. Frankly, I am not keen to continue to bear the significant cost on my domestic electricity bill of supporting this project if the situation is not corrected in the very near future.
