Good Morning All
----------------------------------------Thanks Rod... please prefix further next F1-related reports with spoiler alerts for those of us who refuse to subsidise Rupert Murdoch, and have to wait for the delayed transmission on Channel 4 ![]() Dave - many apologies. I follow the live broadcast on mu iPad using the F1 app which includes an intermittent 5 live audio feed. I don't get to watch the race until it is broadcast here on Fox sports 3 some time later (with Spanish commentary) or I can log in to my Slingbox in the UK and watch live or recorded on Ch 4. No more spoilers!

My 3 year old has the word "bash" in the brain and was going to spend the day with his grand parents.
----------------------------------------When my parents picked him up and I was giving him his goodbye kiss I whispered to him "no bashing anyone, and no talking about bashing anyone". He nodded wisely and then shouted "and no saying F*ckin' either!" I didn't know whether to laugh or cringe in embarrassment. ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by Darkmatter.NI at May 1, 2016 7:56:03 PM] |

Long answer - although I have 'owned' the house for 12 years I have probably spent less than 2 years there due to working in other countries. I'm now looking to sell or rent - any takers?

Good morning everyone.
Darkmatter.NI You have to remember "out of the mouths of children comes" wisdom (sometimes) humour (often) sheer cringing embarrassment (Oh so often). ![]() |

My brother has just bought a house in Solihull - in fact I'm going to visit him this afternoon.

Here's something I just posted on Facebook. It won't mean much to the likes of Brad94, but trust me Bradley, it happens to all of us eventually.
------------------------------------------- Signs I'm getting on a bit... here is a short list of some of the music I still listen to regularly, and can remember when they first came out... Prince - 1999 (34 years ago) ELO - Mr Blue Sky (39 years ago - WTF!!!!) Genesis - Turn It On Again (36 years ago) Madonna - La Isla Bonita (30 years ago) Enigma - Sadeness (26 years ago) Peter Gabriel & Kate Bush - Don't Give Up (30 years ago) Runrig - Big Sky (18 years ago - seems like yesterday) Fortunately, I do like some modern stuff. I'm particularly keen on a popular beat combo called The Mumford Family (or something like that), and to prove I'm really down wid da kidz, I like "Of Monsters and Men" too... you can't beat a bit of Icelandic mythology-based pop. However, the nearest I'll get to Hip Hop involves the NHS.
