Got one resend on my couple years old win i7. It's running fine but taking very looong time to finish. After 24 h elapsed time it shows 75% progress. At the moment it looks like finishing 3 h too late
 . Don't worry about the deadline. You'll have at least another 12 hours to return it and still get credit. Whoever gets the fourth iteration will have to finish and return theirs before it goes away.

Work unit BETA_SN2S_A37114_0000000_0343 has now errored out on five machines but is still being sent out -- it's currently running on two more. I thought they were supposed to be suppressed after five?

It looks like the hard stop comes after 7 runs for beta WUs. Guess that's reasonable for testing.
I got another one, too: BETA_SN2S_A37114_0000001_0185. This one's giving: Parse error on line 42 in file ".\ZINC00204230.pdbqt": Atom 28 has not been found in this branch in task 60 of 84. So it looks like there are either some bad input files or some situations that aren't being properly coped with. We've seen not dissimilar situations in other projects where the validator has been tweaked to give credit for this kind of error where it's the science that's wrong and not the cruncher's machine. I trust that the same thing will happen in SN2S production. |
