Re: "The survivors"

gretchch,
There are 17 projects and I have 17 cores so the Run time/Project Days increments by 1 each day.
My spreadsheet is showing Emerald globe on 2/5 but it will depend on when the signature script updates.
Should have Emerald in C4CW by 1/29 or thereabouts.

How are you doing on your badges?

actually it is 20 projects for the count... but yes 17 cores should be about 1 day a day for all effect

Is this a language? must be one of those long forgotten dialects.

I'm sure i have no idea what you just said.

Re: "The survivors"

little mermaid,
That was George not Radar.
A TV comedy show not a movie.
The episode was based on a real soup chef.
The soup is to die for.
You had to be on perfect behavior, no comments, talking, etc... while in line.
If you didn't follow the rules you didn't get the soup.
Just like in this forum.

nasher,
There are 2 that don't count in the calculation, Beta and African Climate.
I remember Snurk wrote in one of the threads that 17 projects were counted for use in his script.
Math is not my strong suit, come to think of it what is?

Burno,
It sounds like you are having flashbacks and post traumatic stress disorder.
Most likely caused by a previous job.

Re: "The survivors"

rcc, time for going to our café again:
coffee coffee
George, as you call him, played "Radar" in *M*A*S*H* I thought,
but now I see that George is fatter, and that "Radar" would be 72 years old now
- oh, and Alan Alda, too ....
TV comedy show - that's the term!
- I should have looked it up, but what to look for when you don't know the word?
- thought 'movie' could cover, but that was not specific enough .... sad
Oh, gimme a break! I understand the soup chef's behaviour was meant to be funny ...
- and that all of his customers were masochists - some of them to a worrying degree.
How good can a soup be?
I would rather eat water with that plastic spoon out of that styrofoam cup ...
- but then there would be no TV comedy show
- I advice you, rcc, don't go there or study your cookbook real well.
And now: Go cook your members an the swimmer-by a real good meal ....
..... served with a smile
You can do that even if math is not your strong suit - which of course it also is smile

nasher, it's an awsome picture - is his left eye a yin-yang symbol?
Could I have this to feed my inner Wolf please:
From the left menu: Occasional anger, sorrow heaped high, some self pity, and plenty of complex inferiority ...
From the right menu: Love covers it all in my world ♥ please heap it very high, well
- better give me the entire pot ♥

Facebook filosofi: Love doesn't hurt; rejection does ....

Re: "The survivors"

Lidl is the 4th largest retailer in the world.
You will be gray before you get an answer.

Here in the US we have Publix and they have "special shoppers" that will locate a product and put it in your local store.
I asked them to locate an obscure barbeque sauce and they found it so I bought a case.
I'll bet they can find Kenya-Guatemala-Columbia blend.
Roast: Light-Medium
Flavor: Distinctive, Moderate
Acidity: High
Colombia
Guatemala
Kenya
A full bodied blend featuring Kenya AA, Colombian, and Guatemalan coffees that is both flavorful and satisfying.

Re: "The survivors"

There seems to be some strange things going on.
One of the AMD PCs would not respond after attempting to open My Grid on WCG using BOINC.
Task manger would not start.
FireFox was hung.
BOINC was hung.
Eventually windoze 7 crashed and I lost the start menu.
The mouse pointer worked but the desktop was blank.
It looked like no hope for it to recover so I powered it down (this is the last thing I want to do as it can corrupt the filesystem and OS).
Came up in safe mode okay.
Ran chkdsk with no errors.
Booted windoze 7.
BOINC still would not open FireFox.
Uninstalled FireFox and BOINC then did a reinstall of BOINC.
It works now using IE.
Hoping there are no further problems.
