In my opinion a Captain should:

You do all of this as well as any could wish for ... ahem ... !! Well ... hum-hummmm ...  Where are the team parties? ... ahem ... !! Well ... hum-hummmm ...Where are the gifts? there were only a few errors in the DDDT's that i saw and all within first 2 min managed to get ruby on that and now crunching forward to the HCMD2 before it ends

Hmmm, I wonder what a mermaid's idea of a team member's job description would be? nasher, I will eventually run DDDT2 but it is number 5 on my list of priorities. The priority is based on days of work units remaining. My goal is 5 new sapphire badges. Will have the first one (C4CW) in about a week.

grumpy, No soup for you!  I heard that! Hot potato soup for you, grumpygrampy - also called Vichysoise Hmmm, I wonder what a mermaid's idea of a team member's job description would be? I heard that, too   In addition to what I did when I was your team member, rcc, I could think of making it mandatory for team members to give their Captain a hug occasionally  |

----------------------------------------My guess is that you are not familiar with the TV show Seinfeld and the episode "soup Nazi." Also, some team members may not know what you did when you were a team member so it might help if you elaborated.

No. I don't know soup Nazi.
I'm not even connected to any kind of TV-antenna and don't watch TV. I shall be brief as to what to do, rcc's team members: You just do exactly as you use to do - post frequently in a friendly manner. You probably know this, rcc: You have a very good team where the members help you on a daily basis. Not many teams have this kind of committed members. So, rcc, you may hug *them* now |

----------------------------------------There are 17 projects and I have 17 cores so the Run time/Project Days increments by 1 each day. My spreadsheet is showing Emerald globe on 2/5 but it will depend on when the signature script updates. Should have Emerald in C4CW by 1/29 or thereabouts. How are you doing on your badges?
