This will now always be the case as it is clear for all to see that the cores of three reactors are no longer contained within their biological shields.

"Though there are still two weeks of the year left, temperatures have already been so high in so many countries that 2014 is expected to be the hottest on record in Europe and globally."

Storm coming through

Average windspeed 42.5mph gusting to 57.5mph

Time to crawl back under the covers. Summer (NH style) is on it's way back smile

If climatologists are going to refer to observational data instead of climate models, people might start thinking they're scientists.

biggrin

You mean like testing a hypothesis before claiming the result is settled science?

What a preposterous concept wink

Soong, get ready for the claim that the Cryosat observations are faulty because they don't align with the model.

The North Polar Ice Cap is disappearing and wafer thin despite any appearances to the contrary. It's the 0.04% CO2 you know.

Look there's clearly not even enough Ice to go into a single Martini

The Arctic Is Absorbing More Sunlight

http://earthobservatory.nasa.gov/IOTD/view.php?id=84930&src=eoa-iotd

and yet the Sea Ice, as demonstrated above, isn't disappearing

Have the Scientists considered the almost tangential inclination of the Sun at the higher latitudes and the fact that bright white Sea Ice isn't the only thing reflecting Solar Radiation back out to space - there are these things called "Clouds"

Amazingly bright and white when seen from above

http://earthobservatory.nasa.gov/GlobalMaps/v...=home&eoci=globalmaps

Or maybe NASA scientists are not basing their facts on the latest observational data
