Central England Temperature for 2013 9.56C
----------------------------------------1961-90 average 9.47C We had a cold first 6 months a good Summer and a mild Autumn and December had mild South Westerly's bringing wet but warm winds from the Atlantic. End result 0.09C above the 1961-90 average Less than 1/10th of 1 degree C 2013 ranked joint 249th alongside 1900 out of the last 356 years This continues the downward trend  Have a read of this (n.b.
