pps the rules state 600*600 max
----------------------------------------and not deliberately created just 1 pixel wider in each and every case than the rules allow.... Those are the rules that I have had to strictly adhered to and punished by Community Advisers if I exceed them Many an image I have resized and hosted at the 600 wide size it says 600*600 max not 360000 pixels max image size as well you know Otherwise it might be useful to produce a graph at 60 pixels high by 6000 pixels wide and you know why this isn't acceptable being a Community Adviser which is why this looks like this ![]() precisely 600 pixels wide and updated hourly and not this 900*400= 360000 pixels or this 1800*200 = 360000 pixels Can you see now Sek why your interpretation of the rules isn't the case? (Offending images removed as point now well made) ![]() [Edit 6 times, last edit by David Autumns at Jul 10, 2011 9:54:54 AM] |

Volcanoes... as if they will stop global cooling... JAXA and Cryosphere Today are showing records for the time of the year and a good part of this year so far, consecutive records out the ying yang.
----------------------------------------http://www.ijis.iarc.uaf.edu/seaice/extent/AMSRE_Sea_Ice_Area.png Was there not this sharing with [one and two eyed readers] that the location on the planet is important and volcanoes nowadays actually helping to reduce CO2 output by humans more than these burbs they put out? People around say London Heathrow, Gatwick, Standsted and Amsterdam Schiphol actually enjoy a restful Sunday in the garden, no jets blaring... we do and the nearest airport has only about 25 flight departures daily. Enjoy the English weather... good for the complexion and mood swings. --//-- Edit: btw... latest tomorrow the 8 Million extent mark will be passed, could be today given the mean rate has been over 120,000 km square loss daily the last week... someone is torquing maybe, but the message seems not to arrive with some. ![]() For those who need it: Chill Factor - Hard Long Look At The Sun [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Jul 10, 2011 8:03:39 AM] |

Sek really I need to ask why the extra pixel over the limit in each of your graphs?

Not interested to try to further for you to get to understand the message on something YOU started on, not any CA. No-one is interested to keep the peddle down to the last pixel, not me not the admins. As one member has in the forum signature: " Everything in moderation, including moderation." (Oscar Wilde). Don't let it happen to the good you to see that line at end of post "Edited for confirmation to forum rules"
Meantime, the melt of the lots more [thinner] FYI with higher salt content but still colder than the water below has set a nasty secondary mechanism in motion: Rapid melting of Arctic sea ice possibly explained Colder, saltier melt-water could be forcing warmer water to surface http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/newfoundland-la...8/arctic-ice-melting.html Arctic or Polar Recovery? Only with rich figments of the imagination... the train was set in motion and gaining speed! --//-- |

----------------------------------------Earlier this month Mr Hendry, the minister responsible addressed the Nuclear Industry Association Conference in London, and made it clear that despite the demands of anti-nuclear campaigners, there will be no U-turns. The UK has everything to gain from becoming the Number One destination to invest in new nuclear. Think Hinkley Point is safe from Tsunami? Think again http://www.burnham-on-sea.com/1607-flood.shtml http://www.bbc.co.uk/somerset/content/article...anniversary_feature.shtml http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bristol_Channel_floods,_1607 ![]() It's about 7 miles as the crow flies Hinkley Point to Burnham-on-Sea Remind me why we can't build new Fossil Fueled Power Stations in the UK and have to turn off perfectly viable Coal Power Stations as soon as 2013 again? ![]() |
