You know how Kids put every thing in their mouths the three year old great grandchild was caught chewing on a slug. After the initial surge of disgust the granddaughter asked her, "Well, what does it taste like?" "Worms," was the reply. biggrin

Re: Re:

Evening all

A day of summer like sunshine with temperature in the twenties. So, I spent some time in the garden, pruning, mowing and gradually getting things in some sort of order.

I've been on XP from pretty well since its release and it has proved stable and fast with no problems. I decided to miss out on 7 after checking the compatibility it looked as if a few of my old programs would have some difficulties.

And... talking of Lord's, the first game is a week tomorrow and, if the weather is anything like this I'll probably poke my nose in for a while.

I would love to get back to XP, I've been on 7 since changing the computer and as you rightly say, some older programms are not compatable, I'm not keen on the format either! I have an older computer still running on XP and I find it much easier to find my way around, downloading is simpler and it do's seem to be as quick!.
