This post is so absurd and out of context that I am tempted to think that it was posted by someone with an axe to grind against Tribalwar.
But then I think back to the last 50 posts. Look, TW, somewhere inside of yourself you must know that this kind of behavior is blatantly and patently self-destructive. If this cartoon is funny to you, that really is your business. Who cares? This just is not the place to announce it. You are too adept at flaunting convention not to know what convention is. Your desire to assist in this project is truly commendable. But you can only fulfill this purpose by exercising some self-restraint in what you post, or the staff will be forced to take appropriate action against you. Stop being so silly!  |

Thank you for being so reasonable! *whew* We had another bad experience with what I suspect was a miffed community admin, where our (again -- child-safe, except for a post that didn't understand that the forums were meant to be child-safe :P) entire thread was deleted. In fact, not just one thread, but two. Given that those threads were a bit embarassing to a certain team (one of them quoting an email that a member of that team sent) that several community admins are a part of . . . The vast majority of TW members, like myself, try to stay on the safe side of Child-Safe. But we're also going to keep things lively (see the carefully produced posters on the preceding pages!), and contribute a lot of humorous content -- and on any forum there are those that have close to zero sense of humor. Any non-child-safe content should definitely be removed, and let the people responsible know if they're treading on thin ice with certain content, but as far as I know retards like our beloved Scoobz are the exception rather than the rule. |
