That is why the Jan races I'm doing start on the 5th or shortly after.

if challenge is set to start date 01/01/2008:

yes, I was just working around the prob. It would be nice if it were fixed. fortunately, what needs to work, does.

yes, I was just working around the prob. It would be nice if it were fixed. fortunately, what needs to work, does. My guess is that some calculations from the start date are based on day and month and will not span a year boundary. Team challenges will grind to a halt, but can be started again beginning January 2 once we reach January 1. That is only a guess.I think that when this gets going more, they will look at fixing things more. hopefully It is possible to start a challenge 12/something/2007 and end sometime in early 2008. I am watching now and then to see when I can start something 01/01/2008. Not yet.

Dislike any system that does not use the yyyymmdd annotation. Because of the multinational nature a challenge.... now given it's building towards an issue, retsof might want to initiate contact with nelsoc. Dont know exactly if a new website build will be taking launched, but usually we have 1 each month.
