Nothing much happening here. Down to just a single cruncher for the past 10-odd months, and even that's getting a bit old these days. Shame no GPU projects at the moment - I sure did well out of that last time!

After many months, we have a new project, Mapping Cancer Markers. If you have an automatic opt-in checked/ticked in your project control, you will be added to this, in addition to what you are already doing. If not, check your project mix if you need some different kind of work.

Erm.. I think you've gotten the wrong end of the stick retsof. Fraz said he was down to a single cruncher, not a single project.

Erm.. I think you've gotten the wrong end of the stick retsof. Fraz said he was down to a single cruncher, not a single project. Welcome back BTW, it's nice to see you around again. It may have been coincidence, since the new project was added. I haven't gone away. There hasn't been much to talk about since everything is working. I have a single cruncher with 6 cores, so can make do. I will be out for the last half of May and computers will be off. After that, there will be scattered trip outages, but I am still at it. Keep crunching. In the meantime, I need to add the team to the May contest efforts.

Yeah, I'm still about, but no crunching for at least 3 months now. Nothing to do with lack of WCG projects, etc, but rather to do with renovation work in my house. So much disruption I haven't been able to turn on my machine or even have a working internet connection most of the time...

Just popping in to give an update. I'm not dead, nor have I left to mine ripples. But it's been quite warm recently (well, warm for a Scotsman at least) so computers have been off most of the time to give me a break from their additional heat.

Just popping in to give an update. I'm not dead, nor have I left to mine ripples. But it's been quite warm recently (well, warm for a Scotsman at least) so computers have been off most of the time to give me a break from their additional heat. You Scots are too thrifty. Don't you have windows to open to let out the heat?

I see a new project. Since I have two years done for MCM, I am shifting my new work to UGM. My default is to add new projects, so I saw it in my waiting queue. I still run a Clean Energy Project when I can get one, but they are quite rare.
