@Cyclops It might be helpful if the listing of “resolved” and “known but not yet resolved” issues in your initial posting in the forum be updated to reflect current status. Your last edit was Nov 1st. Perhaps a link to the newest “system status” forum might be in order? I have some other ideas as well - you have my email. Hi bfmorse, I update this list every time the tech team tells me they have solved a listed issue and can provide the solution they've found. I'm unsure what you mean by “system status” forum, can you link the thread you're thinking of? So, it's been another month since the list was updated. No problems solved in that entire month? |

No Work Units at all since October 31, 2022. Not sure which Work Units you are not getting. These have been very active: OpenPandemics - COVID-19 (OPN1) Mapping Cancer Markers (MCM1) Reasonably active: African Rainfall Project (APR1) OpenPandemics - GPU version - OPN1 Team evaluating next step will release when appropriate No Work Units prepared by appropriate teams at this time: Help Stop TB Smash Childhood Cancer (ETA: Link to Project Stats is here) (ETA: corrected typo) [Edit 3 times, last edit by bfmorse at Dec 11, 2022 11:52:12 PM] |

I think I have received and processed over 13,000 work units since that date. There is plenty of work to fetch. Check your device settings zozo. There must be something there that is preventing you from getting work. Cheers |

There is a new problem that I don't remember seeing listed before.
Two weeks ago I registered a new device and one week later it suddenly appeared out of the blue in my Devices list. So far so good, it seems. The new problem: This weekend I changed the name of the device. Since then, the Results pages picked up the new name of the device ("a3-xs4all-nl"), but the Device pages Device management and Device configuration and my personal 'contributing Devices' page still show the old name ("a3.xs4all.nl"). (The difference being dashes vs. dots.) |
