FAH2 is back to normal. What you probably saw was that we validated a lot of results all at once. This caused a spike in results available to send. This was caused by the 24+ hour outage for FAH2. I've started seeing every 6 hours there are results indexed for fah2 and then loaded.
Thanks, -Uplinger |

When I log in I get in fine, but when I go to my contribution, or any page for that matter, I get a message "You are not authorized to view this page"...
https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/viewNotAuthorized.do Any ideas? |

The 65000 USD question from this migration and the manually stepped FAHB uploading... first the trickle files, then after longer wait allowing the trickles messages to go up and seeing 100% success rate , at least on the one big cruncher account, why in regular production we get these incessant invalid if even for a little while the crunching takes place off-line. It does appear to me that trickle messages MUST come AFTER trickle files go up, in any order the client seems fit in doing. Thusly, just maybe something in the way of telling the client to back off reporting trickle messages long as trickle files are still in queue and or, do not process trickle messages on the server side, in proper order, until the matching trickle files have good and well arrived, but the order in-which is the issue to crack.Would the techs kindly revisit the issue and conclusively give us a long avoided answer and solution. (I was one of yeah of little faith in the matter, and still am). Thanks Sekerob, Trickle messages on the client are seperated from intermittent uploads. They are two completely different parts which do not have the ability at the moment to link them together. So, on the backend, I put in place the ability to wait for intermittent uploads when processing the trickle messages. This has a timer of 24 hours if I remember correctly. So, if someone does a scheduler request before their uplaods are complete, then goes offline, it'll give them a day to get their uploads complete. However, the uploads don't always come in time. @Uplinger,
Where does the AsyncRE process stand? Is this still a viable option that is being considered. |

Doneske,
Yes, AsyncRE is a viable option still. We had to put our work on our side on hold during the migration. My time will be 100% focused on it very soon, the researchers are waiting on me. Thanks, -Uplinger |

1+1 is covfefe (we take it doppio here, how else can one stand the incovfefeble)... the boarding of the next endorsed BOINC version, sans Rom, after the next project launch was shared somewhere by person in the know
![]() Been watching your 24 hour trickle spiel closely, and know one member has been crunching off-line, not voluntarily, and last 24 turned valid. |
