Re: World Community Grid Moves to IBM Cloud

Until Kevin or Keith answers you I would advise everybody to ignore this message and NOT change anything.

If such a change were necessary they would have warned us.

Re: World Community Grid Moves to IBM Cloud

Beside some tasks with zero times and credit (as found through the API):
           "AppName": "fahv",
"ClaimedCredit": 0.0,
"CpuTime": 0.0,
"ElapsedTime": 0.0,
"ExitStatus": 202,
"GrantedCredit": 0.0,

I have also noticed one other thing: the API is now reporting tasknames with many spaces in their names, like so:
           "Name": "FAHV_    1002214_    4xfx_    P4_    Rigid_    23248_    2--    ",

This is not good.

The "My Contribution" page looks normal. That's good work, people!

The API and values for times and credit should be fine now.

Re: World Community Grid Moves to IBM Cloud

Thank you for reporting this. It was a mistake on my part when deploying the updated configuration file. I have corrected that mistake and on your next scheduler request, you should see things being proper now.

Thank you again for your patience.

Re: World Community Grid Moves to IBM Cloud

Also,

We have enabled the transitioner. Also the validators for fahv, oet1, hst1, scc1, mcm1, and zika have all been started and have caught up.

Thanks,
-Uplinger

Re: World Community Grid Moves to IBM Cloud

At this point the following is running:
1) Website
2) Forums
3) File uploads and downloads
4) Reporting completed work and fetching new work
5) Validation

We have some more work to do, but we are off to a good in this new environment.

Re: World Community Grid Moves to IBM Cloud

Thank-you - all windows work has just uploaded so...

All Linux work during the migration fully uploaded before I saw the daily stats in progress page displayed..

All windows work during the migration fully uploaded after the daily stats page disappeared...

Re: World Community Grid Moves to IBM Cloud

Looking good ...
Uploads, reporting completed tasks, downloading, saving changes to device profiles all working.
Up- and down-loading speeds and responsiveness seem really fast, though there may be many computing devices offline or with long project backoff times at this stage.
Hope it's time to say ...
Well done, techs! smile

Re: World Community Grid Moves to IBM Cloud

Good work, off to a good start.
My systems are back up and processing new files.
Much less than 48 hours. Now all the details.
