Re: World Community Grid Moves to IBM Cloud

hmm...I'm not receiving new files to process :(
I reconnected WCG-Project but still no new tasks are downloaded.
Anyone with an idea how to fix it?

Update: Problem fixed itself. I'm now receiving new jobs.
Thanks :)

Re: World Community Grid Moves to IBM Cloud

Good work guys,

Just to recap should we ignore this message?
World Community GridWCG_ENVIRONMENT_ADDED_WCG: Notice from BOINC This project is using an old URL. When convenient, remove the project, then add http://WCG_MASTER_URL_WCG/ 16/05/2017 05:59:46

Also one of my machines has ~14days worth of WU's it's trying to report (across all projects) but the message from the wcg project is 'Trickle up message pending, Communication deferred 02:00:10' can this also be ignored?

Everything works fine for me so far. This migration looks great.

Congratulations to the team!

Congratulations on a quicker than expected migration to the cloud. Whatever rehearsals you did before starting the work seem to have paid off. Well done. biggrin

Yes, see the posts by Keith Uplinger, e.g. here .

Handling trickle messages won't be re-started until later today - see here .
Maybe try a Retry Now on a non-FAAH upload file for the others?

Re: World Community Grid Moves to IBM Cloud

Still getting a Server under maintenance message when trying to upload SCC units. Is this a cached DNS issue at my end, or something at WCG end still to be sorted?

Re: World Community Grid Moves to IBM Cloud

SCC uploading here ok. Suggest you Retry again, and paste the exact event log message here if it continues. One of the http log flags might show the IP address being used.

Re: World Community Grid Moves to IBM Cloud

Would have loved to only see https in the event logs, but at least on the tablet, the event log records from http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org

Different issue. When hitting Reply when not yet logged in, before you'd get redirected to the log-in screen. Presently:

Error 404: javax.servlet.ServletException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: SRVE0190E: File not found: /viewLogin.do

Everything else, all is well FAICS, it even revealed a bug in a hunting tool function... it could deal with 0.00 CPUTime but not with nothing when computing credit per hour... which resulted in getting a zillion trillion per unit of time (MS Office technology ;o))))) Now if CPUTime is blank or zero and there's a granted credit, it looks for Elapsed, and if that ain't there either (it happens), 99 is assumed [a wishful thinking value ;>]. Maybe maybe, if the condition arises, the result could get CPUTime = Elapsed (Similar to what was done with GPGPU tasks). idea praying

Re: World Community Grid Moves to IBM Cloud

FAH2 is currently not showing up as trickle progressing in the contribution, as well as the validator seems to be stuck.
