But wasn't there a slight wait after we had completed 26500 batches until 5000 fresh ones were installed?? I do not believe so. As I recall, there was no interruption of work, but we were informed a bit after the fact that additional batches had arrived. Cheers

Looks like more batches have just been added. Progress fell back to 89% with est. completion in Sept.

Based on the regression to 89% I am estimating they received another 4000 batches ( 40,000,000 new work units). This would put our total work units to be processed at about 710,000,000. This would give an approximate completion percentage of 89.4%, right about where they have moved the new percentage complete.
----------------------------------------With the last 30 day average of 560,000 work units per day, this would imply about another 143 days of crunching (lets round to 150 days). 150 days from today April 4 is September 1, 2017. That also squares with the proposed end date on the research page. Just speculating. Cheers

Yes... more work units.... We are down to 89% now.
But really, can the scientist be better telling us that? |

Glad to hear they added more work.

Terrible news :(, we could have begun crushing the other projects if MCM did not take up 50% of the CPU usage... Thats ok though, we continue crunching.

MCM is my main goal, now with SCC being added those are my two main projects. I agree that other projects are important, but I have always focused most of my small amount of resources on the cancer projects since they hit closest to home for me personally. |

Yes, it is a spectacular goal! My concern was more directed at the false hope they gave that the project had been completed... But all the projects up right now are great!!

Thanks for these numbers! I love reading this kind of information. *cough* subtle hint, scientists *cough* |
