The (intermittent) end has just been postponed by 2 weeks.
Progress bar moved back to 99% and end date to 2017-04-12.

Since I have recently learned the following information from WCG there is no calculable end date. However I will still attempt to track the progress as it occurs. A big thanks to the WCG staff for making this available. Last 30 day average results:562,534
Percentage Complete:Currently listed on the Research page:99% (Although I now see on Thursday, March 30, it momentarily flipped over to 100% only to now see it has reverted to 99%). So far there is no 30 day notice of the end of project from the techs.
The average length of a WU is currently running about 4.19 hours, slightly longer than last week, but continuing to trend steady around the 4.20 hour mark. The average length of a work unit this past week varied between 4.15 and 4.21 hours, with four of the days at 4.19 hours. This continues to be remarkably steady.
Still have not seen any of the batches from 122278 to 122402. The ovarian units started with 122403 as the lowest number.My latest batch number was 131529 which would give about 183 batches for the week.
Production decreased ever so slightly this past week going from about 3.695 million WU's to 3.686 million WU's completed. During this past week the time devoted to MCM1 was just slightly over an average of 251.3 years per day, compared to slightly over 251.4 years per day the previous week.

I don't think so. The work unit numbers continue to increase in a very regular fashion. I have not seen in any of my machines any of the missing numbers. It is possible the scientists just decided to skip that sequence to put a break in their numbering scheme.
There still has not been a 30 day notice of the end of the project so I presume there will be additional work units coming. Only the scientists know for sure.

Yes, I have also calculated it to be 31500 batches, but it will be interesting to see where it'll end or if it will continue with new batches even though we have passed 31500 already a while back.

My suspicion is that MCM might go intermittent for a while when all known WUs are sent out and then there will be a bit of a wait for new WUs from the scientists. Has happened before in other projects, but of course it doesn't mean that this will be the case this time, with MCM.

But wasn't there a slight wait after we had completed 26500 batches until 5000 fresh ones were installed??
