Re: Mapping Cancer Markers - Problems Thread

The "no tasks" problem is widespread, I'm afraid, but it has been reported - see the No Tasks thread in the FAAH forum.

Re: Mapping Cancer Markers - Problems Thread

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. Its hard to know where to look these days when there is no known issues forum. It was a really bad idea retiring that IMO.

Searching in the news area is next to useless too.

I agree with the sentiment though the "known issues" thread was generally some hours behind the timeline. An issue could only be "known" when Support were/became aware. Keeping Users in the loop on a problem, and progress towards a solution, appears to have a low priority. This hasn't changed with the new Communication policy.

Browsing Recent Threads was, and still is, the quickest way to see if there's a "live" problem.

Re: Mapping Cancer Markers - Problems Thread

Strange thing! I have a page and a half of results showing as valid, but with no elapsed time/CPU time and no points claimed/granted. I guess this may be connected to the current upload issues but may not be?

Has anyone else seen this, mine are all MCM1 tasks/wu's
