smile You and I did the same thing. When I got around to checking things, my queues had dried up and several machines were idling. And we all know a BOINC is a terrible thing to waste. smile

I have been getting messages about a problem with my HDD found by windows... I have not been able to get BOINC to get my status, so it looks like I will need to find a new HDD. I think this means I will have to have the contents copied to a new drive as I tried making a backup and that failed as it said invalid volume serial or directory or ...?

Anyway, I have lost my duo core laptop for now. This is not a big deal as I have many other cores on other machines being used for BOINC.

Forget my last message. Instead of using the BOINC available through WCG, I did a google for BOINC and got the latest 64-bit BOINC. Now everything is up and running correctly.
