What a phrase "two wheeled organ donor". Fortunately it's not that bad here and I have a safe short route to work with hardly any road to go on as it's mostly cycle path or carpark.
----------------------------------------As for a widdle free day, it was dry to get to and from work but early afternoon gave a short sharp thunder storm with a couple of flashes of lightning. After that there were a few showers but nothing drastic. With the thunder and the dark clouds I thought it would really empty down but it didn't, although no-one fancied heading over the road to get some milk! |

CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN?
----------------------------------------Just looking at my stats / contribution history (below) the last two days of 100% SCC have been crazy. Good evening all. I hope that none of you have been infected by the 'Ransomewear' cyber attack that seems to have affected half of the world. How ironic that the core of the code used was stolen from USA's NSA. What goes around - comes around. Another Windows vulnerability causes disruption. Thakfully MAC computors seem to be safe.

Good evening all. I hope that none of you have been infected by the 'Ransomewear' cyber attack that seems to have affected half of the world. How ironic that the core of the code used was stolen from USA's NSA. What goes around - comes around. Another Windows vulnerability causes disruption. Thakfully MAC computors seem to be safe. At work I have had customers calling me because they have got infected with some form of crypto/ransomware virus. Most have been able to get their data back, albeit slightly out of date, from a backup but not everyone has. Really nasty. |
