Re: WCG Team UK Stats site - Target Predictions page

Just for you, Apis, I have extended my "Top Tens" (which were already Top Twenties) to Top Twenty Fives. I've also allowed you to type commas into the target predictor. You do have to put whole numbers in though. I couldn't think of any reasons why you'd want to do half a year, and it was more hassle that it was worth.
I've changed the links to my contact page from "https" to "http". Dunno whether that will solve your problem Apis. It's the same website smile

Re: Good morning everyone

Morning Team,

Grendel90 got a lot of badges this week?
Is this an anomaly DC?

I think this has happened once before and I think it is because of the number of badges when they joined the team but I'm sure DCR will correct me if needed.

Re: WCG Team UK Stats site - Target Predictions page

Morning All,

Enjoyed Sochi but I don't recall seeing an overtake after the first lap. Hope this isn't a trend that will continue with the new regulations.

I seem to be only getting OET WU's, anyone getting others. confused

Hi Scol5913, I'm getting WU's from these projects;
MCM, OET, FAH2, SCC and OZ so it seems they are out there.

I can easily make it the top 25... but I have to draw the line somewhere!

Top 25 works well Dave, I'm finally on the team board for points. biggrin It will make my breaking into the top 20 a little less dramatic though, but that fits nicely with our new non-celebratory team style smile - Back to F1 maybe we're all secretly Finnish?

The WCG data doesn't record when a badge was achieved. Therefore, in order to show what has have been achieved in the past week, I have to assume that when a badge is first "seen" in my data it's because it's just been achieved. However, in the case of new starters or team members who have been dormant since before I started recording the data (18 months ago) they all appear at once.
I could probably make this work better, but I actually quite like the fact that for new joiners you get to see all their badges in one go.

Re: Good morning everyone

Good morning all. With the impending move to 'The Cloud', do any of the team members have a recommendation as to how I should stock up my WUs for the swap? Currently I have 699 SCC WUs in progress (20 actually crunching as we speak) but at a rate of around 360 WUs a day this is not going to last for the 2 days down time. I have all of my Macs set to 10 days work + 10 days extra if possible but I always seem to be limited to around 700 WUs of any sort. Advice would be most welcome.

Re: Good morning everyone

I have my crunchers set to 1 day plus 2 days extra. The return due time is normally within a week anyway...

Re: Good morning everyone

Another dismal bank holiday, why don't we move them all to a better time of year.

Is there a limit to the number of WU's you can buffer.

Good evening all. The weather was nice here and, while it is not called a 'Bank Holiday' it was a national 'Labour day' holiday. I have no complaints regarding the timing of this holiday but I sympathise with those of you in the UK who have not fled / retired South.

I think that there must be an upper limit to what can be buffered. It seems to be between 250 and 300 WUs per machine or around 2 days worth of work up to 10 days in the future.
