Good morning all. only 5 days shopping left until Christmas! We have nativity plays here too - in Spanish naturally. I'm trying to get an accurate translation of "I don't care whose star you are following, get them bloody camels off my garden"

I'm trying to get an accurate translation of "I don't care whose star you are following, get them bloody camels off my garden" According to Google Translate, it's... "No me importa cuál estrella sigues, saca a esos camellos sangrientos de mi jardín." Sorry, just trying to be helpful. I'm guessing you're probably already familiar with the Spanish for "It was a joke, please don't deport me?" ![]()

Good morning all. I went to my first (musical) Nativity play last night. The story was the usual one interspersed with musical and choral interludes from the music school that my partner's niece attends (violin). What was delightful were the 'munchkins' that played J & M, the animals, the shepherds and of course the wise men. I think everyone had a costume 2 sizes to big (don't worry, it will do for next year) and halos which were designed more as collars as that is the position to which they slipped. Joseph was a miniature version of that red headed Scottish caretaker in the Simpsons and when Mary produced the baby (without any sign of pregnancy) it was at lest half her size and needed the two parents to carry it. Keeping all of these 'munchkins' in order was like herding cats (something of which I have experience) and overall was a great comedy interlude. I laughed my socks off! Can't wait for next year.

Good morning everyone. All quiet on the Southern Front - nothing of significance to report. Have a great day.
