I also have one on each core and one that immediately failed on my i7 950 windows 7 64bit computer with
exit code -1073741819 (0xc0000005) 28/08/2011 23:35:15 World Community Grid Computation for task BETA_BETA_00000525_0000004_0405_1 finished 28/08/2011 23:35:15 World Community Grid Output file BETA_BETA_00000525_0000004_0405_1_0 for task BETA_BETA_00000525_0000004_0405_1 absent Had one fail on the same computer with the same error on the 6.16 units but the wingman completed the unit and all the other 14 6.16 units on that and other computers were successful. Every unit had been suspended/restarted and stopped/restarted with no ill effects. So far with the 6.17 units I have suspended/restarted and closed boinc/restart with no ill effects, just the loss of 10 minutes of calculations. I am off for some sleep now, will see how things stand in the morning. |

6.16 has been a great one for plain 32-bit linux. I've not seen a single one fail (incl. all wingmen) so far. Plus, even a P3 can knock one off in under 14 hours.

6.16 has been a great one for plain 32-bit linux. I've not seen a single one fail (incl. all wingmen) so far. Plus, even a P3 can knock one off in under 14 hours. Good for 64-bit Linux, too. And it seems as if on most of them I've seen (all Linux), the wingmen's claimed credits are pretty similar, too, so that both wingmen are awarded pretty close to what they claimed.  |

 EDIT: Ok, a few words: Before pressing the button "Programma afsluiten" the task was in running state. Windows Vista64. Other v6.16's returned so far: 3 PV's, 3 Valids where of 1 of mine ran v6.15, but the wingman v6.16. |
