My landline has a fault so it's going to be another couple of days before my lovely broadband goes live been thinking how much longer it will take to get that Bronze Beta to go the same colour as my barnet....I'll probably be bald by then ![]() OK.................I will bite...... what color is your barnet? and what is a barnet?....I know, I know I should know. ![]() barnet is British slang for hair. I doubt Dave has green or blue hair. He's a tad old for that kind of dye job. While it's possible he has gold or red hair, I'd say silver is the most likely. Plus that would fit best in his British sense of humor since that's the next level Beta badge he'd get. Sorry for ruining the joke Dave. ![]() Well.... that is a PLE (Perfectly Logical Explanation). I lived in England for two years but don't remember that one. Lots of others though. And yes..that fits with the wonderful British sense of humor. ![]() |

RT, Thanks a million for all your help. The new machine is up and running. Somehow I assumed that 6 core ment it would run 12 WU's at same time! Not so but am able to over clock 3.33 to 3.66 so should be able to contribute some where around 20,000 more points.

It will be interesting so see how much that puppy cranks out. I guess we could just count the number of a certain type of WUs that each type turns out in a day for comparison...or something like that. Congratulations; your tenacity paid off. ![]() |
