Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

Always keep your buckets out in case the rain starts. laughing

Cheers coffee

I have 2 pages of valid units from August still on my results page. It looks like a extended drought is the forecast since this work hasn't rolled off yet.

Not sure what the delay could be with new work. The last batch of work was completed a month ago. Maybe resources are being focused on DSFL?

Any updates?

I figure they come when they come and that's about it. There's nothing I can do to make more work so I don't worry about it.

Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

I wanted to see when I started this thread so I took a look and it says August 29, of 2010! A year and a month ago. There has not been as much work available as I had thought over that period for DDDT2. Have the scientists beeb detracted by all of the completed work that has been sent, or is something else happening? I am concentrating all of my resources on DSFL right now...

sad Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

I also have one on my results page. I returned that on 8 August and it was validated on 12 August.

Does that mean I haven't been credited with it yet or does the last one returned stay there until another is returned.

55 days of drought here.

Well they have to go through the results then plan the next phase. That takes weeks to several months maybe even a year or more.

It's still listed as active probably the next round of work units is being prepared.

You probably received credit on the subsequent WCG statistic validation run when the WU was marked as "Valid".

Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

Is there any likelihood that any WU's will be forthcoming before the New Year ?
I want to crunch something that will take me away from WCG for about 6 weeks . . . . don't want to move in case I miss the shower tongue

Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

Hmmm... who was so lucky to get these?

Yesterday:
Run Time (y:d:h:m:s) - Day 0:000:05:16:28
Points Generated - Day 659
Results Returned - Day 8

And it will mean something good? ;-)

Personally, I wouldn't be at all surprised to find that these WU's were extra, extra, extra late...
